Job Description:
- Manage the helpdesk ticketing system, ensuring all tickets are logged, categorized, and prioritized correctly
- Monitor ticket queues to ensure timely responses and resolutions
- Provide primary support for meeting room A/V systems, setting up and ensuring equipment is functioning correctly
Must Have:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or other Technology related field
- Customer service experience
- 1 β 3 years work experience or internships in a business office environment
