Sales Operations Specialist

Job Description:

• Track and analyze long-term sales data, reporting and processes
• Streamline communication channels between between customers, Sales, and Operations Teams
• Develop, implement and monitor sales-driven problem-solving strategies and tools
• Support sales team with overall customer experience and retention

Must Have:

• Effective Communication Skills
• Proficiency in Outlook and Excel
• Ability to work in a team
• Strong ability to problem solve and multi-task

Preferable:

• Experience in a sales setting
• Experience handling physical inventory
